Utkir Hoshimov's work "Light is not without Shadow" is published in Chinese



At the 30th International Book Fair in Beijing, a presentation of the publication of the work of the famous Uzbek writer Utkir Hoshimov "Light is not without shadow" ("Nur borki, soya Bor") in Chinese was held.

The event was attended by diplomats of the Embassy of our country in Beijing, representatives of Chinese state press institutions, publishing houses, literary critics and media representatives.

Our compatriot Dildora Ismailova, who is engaged in scientific activities in China, translated the work into Chinese with the support of the embassy.

During the presentation, it was noted that Uzbekistan and China are countries with a centuries–old history, rich culture and unique traditions on the ancient Great Silk Road.

It was emphasized that the translation of samples of fiction is important for strengthening cultural ties between our peoples and deepening understanding of our common traditions.

I know that the author of the work Utkir Hoshimov is one of the famous writers of Uzbekistan.

Books are an important means of cultural communication between peoples. This book also serves as a cultural exchange between our countries. With the help of this book, we will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the traditions and values of the Uzbek people.
