Norms on environmental law are being strengthened in the Constitution

Deep quality changes are taking place in our lives today. And radical reforms are rapidly shaping the completely new image of our society. A completely new era began in our country. This is not a figurative analogy, it is the same fact.
It is worth recognizing. the fact that our Constitution in the new edition jeeps our entire society around the idea of building a progressive state — a new Uzbekistan, in which the interests of all strata are taken into account, the active participation of peat and the general public literally means that a people's Constitution is taking place.
In the new edition of our Constitution, comprehensive environmental protection measures are established. It can be said with confidence. ecology in our country. the attitude towards mucophasing the environment has radically changed the legislative framework governing and regulating this area has been improved. A completely new ecological thinking, an ecological Worldview are formed, and the culture of the population in this regard is rising. After all, this is a vital necessity.
Special norms dedicated to ensuring the environmental rights of citizens are established in the New Edition, in particular, that everyone has the right to a favorable environment, reliable information about its condition, measures are taken by the state to improve, restore and protect the environment, maintain environmental balance, protect and restore the ecological system of the Oryolbuyi region.
This constitutional norm is set in the new Uzbekistan development strategy to increase the share of renewable energy sources by 25% by 2026, and the capacity of renewable energy sources by 2030 is 15 thousand MVt.ga at the cost of being equal, it will be the foundation for achieving goals such as reducing the volume of harmful gases emitted by sectors of the economy into the air by 10 percent.
These norms are important in the current period, when natural reserves are shrinking, global climate change ecology and linkage problems with nature threaten the future of mankind.
It is established that the state creates conditions for the implementation of public control in the field of urban planning activities in order to ensure the environmental rights of citizens and prevent harmful effects on the environment.
The environment is an important factor affecting human health and life. According to the UN, 20-40% of human health depends on the state of the environment. And the favorable environment is gaining more relevance in the current era, when global problems threaten the future of mankind. Therefore, in many developed countries, this problem is also widely discussed, and new norms related to the autonomy of ecology are being introduced into the constitutions.
An important role in this is played by the reduction of damage to ecology. In particular, the harm to ecology of the construction carried out in some of our cities and villages exceeds the established standards. Because in the sunggi years, our country has become a huge construction site, under these conditions, measures are taken to strengthen public control in the field of urban planning activities in order to ensure the ecological rights of citizens, to prevent the harmful effects of construction on gabiat.
This norm strengthens the constitutional guarantees of maintaining a comfortable and environmentally friendly territory for our compatriots and future generations, ensuring a comfortable environment for reliable opposition to the health of the population by expanding public control.
On top of this, the state will take measures to protect and restore the ecological system of the islet region, to develop the region socially and economically.
In fact, the global environmental problem that has arisen in the islet region has a negative impact on the way of life of about 50 million inhabitants of the region. Therefore, special attention is paid to eliminating the consequences of the island problem in Uzbekistan. In particular, over 2.5 million hectares of dry Aral Sea area is being forested.
There are also large - scale projects aimed at ensuring a complex ecologist-situation, protection of the population's gene pool, improvement of health, sustainable development in the territory.
In the new edition of the Constitution, the definition of this norm ensures that decent living conditions are created for the inhabitants of the region and that the standard of living is seriously improved. For people of all professions, primarily representatives of the social sphere, an additional package of benefits is used, and the opportunity arises to actively participate in various projects aimed at protecting the environment of entrepreneurial structures and non-profit organizations.
This norm creates constitutional guarantees of maintaining a favorable and environmentally friendly territory for the population and future generation, socio-economic support for people living in the islet region, ensuring the reduction of unemployment.
