Construction projects of a number of objects are considered

On March 10, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the presentation of construction projects for a number of facilities.

With the development of our country and in accordance with the requirements of the time, the scale of creative work is expanding. In particular, many socio-economic facilities have been erected in the city of Tashkent. The head of our state, who pays special attention to this issue, has set the task of preserving the architectural appearance of the capital and bringing future construction outside the city.

In accordance with this, the project of the city of New Tashkent is being developed. During the presentation, the President was provided with information about him.

According to the project, at the first stage it is planned to build up an area of 6 thousand hectares. Promising areas of construction, schemes of the main roads connecting the capital with the new city have been developed.

The project is intended to become a new administrative and economic center. It will be located in the east of the capital, on the territory of the Yukorichirchik and Urtachirchik districts, and will be designed for 800 thousand residents.

It will house ministries and departments, higher educational institutions, medical organizations, a theater, a library, hotels, housing and parks. It is envisaged that the territory of green zones will be 363 hectares.

As you know, the reconstruction of the Imam Bukhari complex in the Samarkand region continues. To date, the construction of buildings has been completed, finishing works are underway. The complex will be decorated with national patterns, elements of painting and calligraphy. Texts from the Holy Quran and hadiths will be placed on the walls.

At the initiative of the President, it is planned to create a Museum of Imam Bukhari in the complex. During the presentation, the project of this museum was presented.

The museum will combine modern design and rich cultural values of our people. The exposition will be divided into 8 pavilions dedicated to such topics as the life story of the Prophet Muhammad and prophecies, the emergence and development of the science of hadith, the life and scientific activity of Imam Bukhari, the virtues of Imam Bukhari, the children's section, "Al-Jameh al-Sahih" as the second source in Islam, the significance of Imam Bukhari's legacy today, religious and educational reforms and attention to the legacy of Imam Bukhari in the New Uzbekistan.

The Head of State stressed that every object and visual information in the museum should serve to educate visitors.

Along with the improvement of the business climate in our country, foreign trade relations are expanding. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop the customs infrastructure.

In particular, the customs post "Gishtkuprik" on the border of Uzbekistan with Kazakhstan, through which many people pass every day, needs modernization.

It is planned to build a modern complex for the customs post with a new terminal, access roads, parking lots, a canteen, a medical center, trade and consumer services facilities.

The President instructed to create all the amenities for drivers and passengers in the complex, digitalize the processes of customs control and cargo clearance.

The presentation also provided information about the projects of new buildings of the embassies of our country in the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
