We are always looking forward to this celebration with great joy and excitement. Because this shukuhli ayyom is coming to our country from the beginning of the season of living and renewal. This holiday will allow you, in our language, to express once again our sincere respect and reverence for the Saints, our love of mehru.

Today it is natural for each of us to say the most beautiful words to the female breed, the great miracle of the Creator, with a feeling of boundless gratitude – to the honor of our loving mothers, Dear Sisters, lobar daughters.

Dear Sisters!

We truly appreciate that our women and women, along with our entire people, make an invaluable contribution to building a free and prosperous, democratic, open country to the world.

In this regard, you only allow to cite some numbers.

Currently, the share of our respected women working selflessly in our country is 77 percent in Medicine, 74 percent in education, and 46 percent in the economy and industry sectors.

If in 2017 the share of women in the sphere of management was 27 percent, today it has reached 33 percent, in the ranks of political parties-40 percent, in entrepreneurship – 21 percent.

About 2 thousand of our educated, enterprising and active women serve in leadership positions in state and public organizations. In particular, it should be noted that 33% of Deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, 25% of members of the Senate and deputies of local councils are women.

17 of our women were awarded the highest award – the title of “Hero of Uzbekistan” for their worthy services to our motherland and people. Among our women, we have 5 academicians, more than 700 doctors of Sciences, almost 3 thousand candidates of Sciences in higher educational institutions, as well as many women who have received honorary titles such as “people's poet of Uzbekistan”, “people's artist”, “people's teacher” and others.

Such passionate sisters will be correct in every possible way, if we say the Golden fund of the New Uzbekistan.

Dear conference participants!

Priority attention is paid to improving the living and working conditions of women in our country, solving their related social problems.

For this purpose, more than 872 thousand women's employment was provided last year. More than 233 thousand women were allocated 4 trillion 700 billion soums of loans. More than 252 thousand of our sisters were trained in professions and entrepreneurship that are in high demand in the labor market.

You have a message, we are implementing large programs in order to solve the housing problem that has plagued our people, especially our sisters, for many years. If in 2017, 191 multi-storey houses with almost 8 thousand apartments were built in our country, then last year – I ask you to pay attention to this – 1433 apartments with 56 thousand apartments were built. And this year, residential areas will be built for another 90 thousand apartments.

Last year, about 14 thousand of our sisters ' housing conditions improved, and almost 7 thousand needy women were paid rent payments.

This is the most important result for us, how many households received joy and joy through our noble deeds, how many people have radically changed their level and quality of life, the souls of thousands of our women have risen and their faith in tomorrow has been strengthened.

In recent years, large events have also been carried out within the framework of the “women's notebook”. The fact that in the short term practical assistance was provided to our salkam 642 thousand sisters testifies to the scale of our work on this issue.

In order to preserve women's health, protect motherhood and childhood, improve the National gene pool, 9 million women underwent medical examinations last year. More than 3 million of them were outpatient, and 347 thousand were treated in inpatient conditions.

Special attention is paid to the quality education and upbringing of women in our country. In the words of our grandfather Abdurauf Fitrat, The Thinker jadid,”mothers are the educators of all mankind."

Indeed, when one girl in the Family Studies and has a higher education, a modern profession, the atmosphere in the apartment changes completely. We have adopted an important program to support women's education for this purpose.

I would like to give an example for comparison.

If 6 years ago 110 thousand women-girls studied at universities, now this number has increased almost 5 times and is 500 thousand people. The fact that the share of our girls in this regard has reached 50% is an unprecedented result in our history.

In accordance with the new regulation, more than 68 billion sums of contract money were paid by the state for more than 10 thousand student girls studying at the magistracy. More than 65 thousand student women were given an interest-free educational loan of about 727 billion soums.

About 2 thousand girls living in needy families, as well as more than 500 women with five years of work experience in the specialty, were admitted to universities on a separate quota.

Nowadays, when a deep economic crisis is going on in the world, No matter how difficult it may be, such efforts we make, finding the necessary funds and opportunities, will definitely pay off. I believe that science, politics and public figures, figures of popular culture and art, sports will grow among our women studying at universities.

We all enjoy the fact that in subsequent years the voices of Uzbek women and girls sounded bolder than international pulpit. You are aware that they are actively participating in regional and international structures, prestigious forums and conferences.

Speaking about this, it should be noted that the initiative of our country laid the foundation for the dialogue of leading women of Central Asian countries in 2020. Last year, the women's forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was held in Tashkent. All this makes it possible to discuss women's problems at the regional and international levels, to promote new initiatives to solve them.

I would like to take this opportunity to warmly welcome dear ambassadors of foreign countries and representatives of international organizations participating in our celebration today and supporting such efforts. We all sincerely wish peace and prosperity to their countries and peoples.

Dear compatriots!

At this point, I consider it permissible for you, the Saints, to say a noble thought in my heart.

What laws and decisions we should not make in Uzbekistan, what reforms should not be introduced into life, as the head of State, first of all, is the figure of our munis mothers, loving sisters, their concerns.

I consider it to be not only the main task, but also an honorable duty for myself to serve so that you, in the family circle of my Saints, can live peacefully, healthily, comfortably and happily, actively participate in the life of society. Because when our mothers, our women, who are the support of the family, the pillar of society, are satisfied with life, our entire people are satisfied with life. If the people please, we will be pleased with what we have created.

As you know, the Republican women's organization is currently operating in a new context as a family and women's committee. The competence and scope of activity of the committee was expanded, and New knowledgeable and highly qualified personnel were involved in its composition. In particular, for the first time, women's activist positions were introduced, which helped to solve women's problems in the lowest tier – more than 9 thousand 400 neighborhoods.

All this serves to turn the family and women's committee into a truly stronghold and backbone of Uzbek women.

Dear compatriots!

It is known that it has become a good tradition to award our talented girls with the Zulfiya State Prize on the eve of this holiday, having achieved the first significant results in various fields and being an example for our youth. Today we will present these awards to 28 more wise and talented girls who are recognized as worthy followers of Zulfiyakhonim.

You, sincerely congratulating my dear daughters with the first victory in your life, I wish you all new achievements.

Today, a large group of our respected women, who have achieved exemplary results in their field, actively participate in the life of the state and society and make a worthy contribution to the education of the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, have received high orders and medals of the state.
