About awarding the Zulfiya State Prize

In order to honor the women of our country, support their good hopes and aspirations, worthy encouragement of girls who, with their talent, creative pursuits, significant ideas and initiatives, exemplary activities and achievements, are an example for the youth of the republic, actively participate in the process of transformation of socio-economic life, show their strength and energy, modern knowledge and skills, spiritual and intellectual potential on the path of prosperity of the Motherland:

1. To approve the proposals of the Commission for the Zulfiya State Prize on awarding gifted girls from the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent for excellent behavior, unique talent, sharpness, initiative, academic success, as well as special achievements
in the field of education, science, literature, art, culture, sports and social activities of the State Prize named after Zulfii according to the attached list.

2. To present diplomas and badges to the winners of the Zulfiya State Prize at the celebrations held in connection with the celebration of International Women's Day – March 8.

3. The Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall ensure that each laureate of the Zulfiya State Prize receives a monetary reward in the amount of 50 times the base calculated amount.

4. Recommend that the Information and Mass Communications Agency under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Information Agency of Uzbekistan, the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan and other mass media widely cover the exemplary activities, unique abilities and achievements of the winners of the Zulfiya State Prize.

5. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.Aripov and the Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan S.Umurzakov.
