A ceramic products enterprise has been put into operation in Kuvasai

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the activities of the Art soft ceramics enterprise in the city of Kuvasai.

The company, which started work in December last year, is capable of producing almost 3 million square meters of granite products per year. Today 350 workers and specialists work here.

Due to full localization, the company's goods are supplied to the market at prices much lower than their foreign counterparts. It is planned that 35 percent of the products will be exported to Russia, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.

The Head of State noted the importance of increasing the export performance of the enterprise and the city of Kuvasai as a whole. To this end, instructions were given on establishing cooperation with foreign industrial zones, increasing jobs.
