A presentation of Uzbekistan's culture and tourism was held in Beijing

As part of an international cultural festival organized at Peking University, compatriots studying at this educational institution, together with the Embassy of Uzbekistan, presented a presentation on the culture and tourism potential of our country.

The event was attended by students from foreign countries studying at this university, embassy heads, and media representatives.

During the event, participants demonstrated national costumes, dances and songs, and handicrafts. Our compatriots also presented guests with books and magazines, brochures, and photo albums detailing the rich history, culture, customs, and traditions of Uzbekistan and its ancient cities.

To better acquaint guests with Uzbek cuisine, they were offered the most popular dishes – pilaf, samsa, and flatbread.
