New Uzbek-Chinese investment projects discussed in Beijing

The Embassy of our country in Beijing together with the Association of Uzbek-Chinese Trade organized a "round table", the correspondent of the news agency “Dunyo" reports.

The event focused on work on new projects arising from the instructions of the heads of Uzbekistan and China to further expand bilateral industrial, trade and economic relations following the talks held on February 5 in Beijing, which brought cooperation between the two countries to a new level.

During the event, which was attended by the heads of large industrial enterprises such as "China CAMCE Engineering", "TBEA", "China Energy Intonational Construction", "China Civil Engineering Construction" and "China Huadian Corporation", an exchange of views took place on the large-scale reforms carried out in Uzbekistan and their results, prospects for industrial and trade and economic relations between the two countries.

New projects that can be jointly implemented in the pharmaceutical, textile, agricultural, chemical and leather industries of our country were presented, as well as special business proposals from the Chinese side were received.

Within the framework of the round table, representatives of Chinese companies were given exhaustive answers to their questions, including about benefits for local and foreign entrepreneurs, conditions created in special industrial and economic zones.

At the end of the round table, large Chinese companies reported that the investment projects presented will be considered as soon as possible and additional negotiations with the Uzbek side will be held.
