“Tashkent” stock exchange to be modernized with NASDAQ

As part of the business program in New York City, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting with the chairperson of the NASDAQ Stock Exchange Adena Friedman.

NASDAQ is one of the world’s leading financial market operators, managing assets of more than $30 trillion.

Plans were discussed for the modernization of the “Tashkent” Stock Exchange and the creation of an integrated infrastructure for trading government bonds.
