The 33rd anniversary of the flag of Uzbekistan was widely celebrated in China

A festive event dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the National Flag of Uzbekistan was held at the Embassy of our country in China.

The event was attended by Uzbek students studying at Chinese universities and compatriots working in this country, as well as a delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan.

The participants of the event were presented the history of the official adoption of the flag of Uzbekistan, in particular, the content of the law "On the National Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

It was emphasized that the flag of Uzbekistan is not only a symbol of our country, but also the pride of our people, reflecting the historical path, its culture and values.

The compatriots were introduced to the reform processes in the field of education, science and innovation in our country, and offered to contribute to the consistent development of these areas.

During the event, the state policy in the field of cooperation with compatriots living abroad was also discussed.

In particular, information was provided on the implementation of the decree of the President of Uzbekistan dated February 21, 2024 "On the state program for the implementation of the strategy "Uzbekistan-2030" in the "Year of Youth and Business Support". In this regard, a wide range of opportunities and favorable conditions created in Uzbekistan for compatriots seeking to actively participate in the economic and social life of our country were discussed.
