The Embassy of our country in China and the Consulate General in Shanghai held a presentation on the modern development of Uzbekistan at one of the leading higher educational institutions in China – Fudan University.
The event was attended by the university administration, teachers, students and young compatriots.
The participants were told about the development of Uzbekistan at the present stage and the essence of the large-scale reforms being implemented in various spheres in our country. In particular, the conditions created by our state for young people to receive education and apply their knowledge in life were discussed.
The participants were provided with extensive information about the culture of Uzbekistan, ancient cities, tourism potential, as well as the development of Uzbek-Chinese cooperation.
Fudan University in Shanghai, founded in 1905, is one of the most prestigious universities in China. In recent years, the university has been regularly ranked among the top 100 universities in the world in various international rankings. Today, about 50,000 students study at the university, of which 3,000 are international students. The university has 17 institutes and 69 faculties.
