The opening ceremony of the "First Beijing International Week of Intangible Cultural Heritage" was held in the capital of China.
The event, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China and the Beijing City Hall, will last until October 25.
At the stand of Uzbekistan, organized with the support of the Embassy of our country, representatives of the Hunarmand association participate with products of national crafts, such as embroidery, pottery, copper, wood carving, carpet weaving, national fabrics, miniatures.
Among the products of Uzbekistan, the exhibition participants were particularly interested in the samples of Nurot columns presented separately.
More than 100 companies from different provinces of China participate in the event with their products. It is expected that more than 4 million foreign and local visitors will be guests of the three-day exhibition.
According to the organizers, the purpose of the event is the study, preservation and popularization of cultural heritage, as well as the development of new areas of international cooperation in this area.
