Almost the same number of citizens were trained through the Ishga Marhamat mono-centers and other non-state educational institutions. 191 of them registered as self-employed persons.
Representatives of the mahalla told the President about the ongoing changes in people's lives. Previously, apartment buildings were serviced by four inefficient partnerships. There were many problems in the communal sphere. With the organization of the managing service company “Oidin”, the service has improved.
