Emomali Rahmon's contribution to the achievement of the current level of Uzbek-Tajik friendship relations, strategic partnership and alliance was particularly noted.
The development of active contacts and exchanges was noted with satisfaction. The volume of mutual trade turnover is growing. Cooperation projects are being implemented in the field of trade, investment, industry, energy, agriculture and other priority areas.
There was also an exchange of views on regional cooperation. The fruitful results of the fifth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of Central Asian States and the anniversary summit of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea, held on September 14-15 in Dushanbe, were highly appreciated.
