The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan will pay a state visit to Qatar

At the invitation of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a state visit to this country on October 1-2.

In accordance with the program of the stay, it is planned to hold bilateral negotiations at the highest level, as well as participate in the opening ceremony of the international exhibition "EXPO Doha - 2023" – "Green desert, the best environment".

During the upcoming talks, the leaders will discuss the state and prospects for the development of Uzbek-Qatari cooperation, exchange views on topical international and regional issues.

Following the results of the state visit, a package of documents aimed at further strengthening bilateral relations in various fields is expected to be signed.
