As part of the visit of the Navoi region delegation to China, a business forum was organized at the Embassy of our country in Beijing.
The event was attended by the heads of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of China, large companies and organizations.
The participants were presented with a presentation of export opportunities and investment potential of the Navoi region. Chinese companies were invited to make extensive use of the opportunities created in the free economic and industrial zones of the region. It was noted that Navoi is one of the largest industrial centers of Uzbekistan.
Speaking at the event, Liu Chun, Vice President of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce for Electromechanical Products in Beijing, noted: "We have recommended many powerful Chinese enterprises to invest in Uzbekistan. Today we are participating in the Navoi Region business Forum and have received comprehensive information about this region. It is known that the Navoi region has great advantages in the field of building materials and mineral resources. We hope to introduce more Chinese companies in Uzbekistan in the future."
The head of China Huadian Overseas Investment, Lu Yuan, noting that cooperation between Uzbekistan and China has risen to the level of comprehensive strategic partnership, friendly relations have been established, close trade and economic exchanges have been established, stressed that thanks to this mutually beneficial cooperation projects in various fields are being implemented.
Within the framework of the forum, agreements were signed with China Huadian Overseas Investment Co., Ltd. and Avic-Intl Project Engineering Company on the creation of a solar photovoltaic power plant, as well as on the creation of an industrial zone with Beijing Mingou Investment Co., Ltd. in Navoi region.
During the meetings, agreements were reached on the implementation of projects in areas of mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.
During the visit of the Navoi region delegation to China, trips were also made to a number of provinces and cities of this country, mutually beneficial negotiations and meetings were held.
