INFORMATION LETTER

The international scientific conference "Diffusion Fundamentals X" will be held at the University New Uzbekistan on September 6 – 8 of the current year (details: https://dfx.newuu.uz/ ).

I. General information.

The international scientific conference "Diffusion Fundamentals X" is held once every 2 years.

The conference is considered a scientific multidisciplinary event, and world-class research scientists in the fields of chemistry, physics, computer science, and mathematics are invited to it.

Speakers organize lecture sessions on scientific research to solve global problems about socio-economic and political problems of the world.

II. Conference history.

To date, the conference has been held 9 times (more details attached).

The conference was organized mainly in Western countries, including Germany (4 times), Italy (1 time), Greece (1 time), USA (1 time), Russia (1 time), and Poland (1 time).

The following higher educational institutions, which are considered prestigious in the world, took part as organizers:

- Leipzig University (Germany);

- University College London (UK, 22^nd place in the world);

- University of L'Aquila (Italy, ranked among the top 500 in the world);

- National Technical University of Athens (Greece, ranked among the top 800 in the world);

- Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (USA, ranked among the top 600 in the world);

- Technical University of Dresden (Germany, 156^th in the world);

- National Research Technological University (MISiS) (Russia);

- Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany);

- Jagiellonian University (Poland, ranked among the top 600 in the world).

During the conference, more than 1 600 explorers and scientists were able to combine great inventions and exclusive solutions to problems.

III. International Scientific Conference "Diffusion Fundamentals X"

The conference, which has an 18-year history, will continue its work in Uzbekistan at the New Uzbekistan University.

The organizers of the conference this time are the New Uzbekistan University, the Great Eurasian Research Center at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and the Saxon Academy of Sciences and Humanities.

More than 40 world-renowned scientists from the European Union and other Western countries, as well as more than 30 researchers from Central Asia, are expected to attend the conference.

In particular, as a speaker at the University of Chicago (USA, 13^th in the world), Cornell University (USA, 20^th in the world), University College London (UK, 22^nd in the world), Bonn University (Germany, 89^th place in the world) will be attended by eminent researchers-scientists from higher education institutions (a detailed list is given in the brochure).

 

IV. Organizational matters.

Air travel, accommodation, and daily expenses of foreign participants are covered by their own funds. The New Uzbekistan University will meet the foreign participant at the airport and will accompany him to the hotel.

After the registration is completed, the participant will be assigned a volunteer from among the students of the University and will be provided full support in all organizational matters.
