The President of Uzbekistan discussed with the Vice President of the UAE the prospects for the development of multifaceted cooperation

Topical issues of further development of multifaceted cooperation were discussed during a telephone conversation between President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Vice President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mansour Al Nahyan.

At the beginning of the conversation, Sheikh Mansour Al Nahyan warmly congratulated the head of our state on his birthday, sincerely wishing him good health, prosperity and great success. He also conveyed greetings and best wishes on behalf of the President of the Emirates, Sheikh Muhammad Al Nahyan.

It was noted with satisfaction that Uzbek-Emirati relations have reached the highest level in recent years. The volume of trade turnover is growing dynamically, the number of joint ventures is increasing. The portfolio of implemented investment projects exceeds $ 4 billion.

The importance of careful preparation for the upcoming events at the highest level, filling them with new, practical content, primarily in the economic and investment spheres, was noted.

In this context, special attention is paid to holding meetings of government delegations of the two countries these days to develop concrete proposals and promising projects.
