In alignment with the dynamic pace of socio-economic reforms being implemented in our country, special attention is being paid to the effective administration of social protection policies. For the first time, the updated Constitution has declared Uzbekistan a "social state." Over recent years, the scale of social assistance provided to the population has increased fivefold, extending support to more than 2 million families through these social protection programs.

Gaining independence is the story not only of statehood, but also of the people, the destinies of people, and the future of the country. That is why sovereignty is the most important value for any State. For citizens, peaceful life and stability in society represent the main achievements that independence brings.
 

In today’s global landscape, finding new markets is crucial, especially with ongoing trade restrictions. This effort is vital for boosting population income, creating jobs, and increasing production. The free market also drives product quality improvements, cost reductions, technological advancements, market reforms, and integration into the global production system.

The year 2016 for Uzbekistan was marked by the beginning of a fundamentally new in essence and content stage of state and social construction, in which the main strategic goal was proclaimed - the construction of a New Uzbekistan, based on the values that served the greatest flourishing of our statehood in the 9th-10th centuries (known in world history as First Eastern Renaissance) and XIV-XV centuries (Second Eastern Renaissance). As in previous periods, the basis and priorities of the Third Renaissance of our statehood are the development of science and modern technologies, which are intended to become drivers of dramatic development of the country’s economy, a radical improvement in the well-being of the people and the prosperity of the nation.
