Congratulations to the People of Uzbekistan on the Ramadan Hayit holiday

Dear compatriots!

I sincerely, wholeheartedly congratulate you, all our people on the holy holiday of Ramadan Hayit, which the Muslims of our country, like the entire Islamic Ummah, celebrate with great joy and excitement, and I express my deep respect and best wishes to all of you.

In these blessed moments, when our hearts are filled with the light of joy and goodness, we first of all thank the Almighty for the happiness to meet such bright days in peace and prosperity together with our people.

This year, the necessary measures have been taken to thoroughly prepare for the worthy celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, since ancient times revered by our people as a symbol of humanism, kindness, mercy and generosity. This allowed our faithful Muslims to perform all the necessary religious rites, to feel the special spirit of the month of holy fasting. It is noteworthy that during the days of Ramadan, thousands of our compatriots made umrah to the holy cities of Mecca and Medina.

In this we see the blessing and mercy of the Almighty to our people, who keep their faith and live with good thoughts.

Dear compatriots!

In the process of building a New Uzbekistan, work was also raised to a new, higher level in religious terms. Undoubtedly, our people and the public are well aware that in recent years we have done a lot together in this direction.

A bright page in our spiritual life was inscribed the beginning of the activities of the international research centers of Imam Bukhari, Imam Termezi, Imam Maturidi, the creation of the Mir Arab Higher madrasah in Bukhara, the Hadith School in Samarkand, the construction of the shrines of Abu Muin Nasafi in Kashkadarya, Sulton Uwais Karani in Namangan, the Suzuk-ota complex in Tashkent, the construction of dozens of mosques, spiritual educational institutions, improvement of places of worship.

The most important thing is that this large-scale work continues, as evidenced by the construction of the Center of Islamic Civilization and the Imam Bukhari Memorial Complex in Uzbekistan.

Even more favorable conditions are being created for Muslims to freely perform religious rites. It should be noted that the quota for the Umrah pilgrimage has been abolished, and the number of pilgrims performing Hajj has been tripled. In particular, over the past period of this year alone, more than 31 thousand of our compatriots made a pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina, where they prayed to the Almighty for peace and prosperity in our country.

At the same time, state and non-state organizations of the country are improving shrines, providing material and moral assistance to needy, low-income families, which serves to make our citizens even more aware of the humanistic essence of the month of Ramadan.

All this has become a practical result of efforts aimed at establishing freedom of conscience in our country, reviving and honoring religious and spiritual values, and we will consistently continue this noble work.

Dear friends!

As you know, we have set ourselves the goal of strengthening peace and tranquility, an atmosphere of friendship and harmony in our native Uzbekistan, ensuring an even freer, prosperous and prosperous life for our people. Of course, we are all well aware of the need to comprehensively strengthen the successes achieved over the past period, including positive changes in the sphere of freedom of conscience and beliefs, our current and future development requires this.

I take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to my compatriots, to all our multinational people who show dedication on the path of consistent promotion of reforms in Uzbekistan aimed at protecting the honor and dignity of a person, his rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, to a people who work conscientiously for the good of the Motherland and live with a sense of deep responsibility and belonging to its fate.

Dear compatriots!

On this joyful day, we sincerely congratulate Muslims of all countries, our friends and partners on the Ramadan Hayit holiday, and wish peace, stability and prosperity to their countries and peoples.

I once again congratulate you, dear compatriots, who are enthusiastically welcoming the holy Eid al-Fitr with their family, mahalla, and wish you all health, happiness and prosperity.

May the noble dreams and aspirations of our people on the way to high goals come true!

Happy Ramadan Hayit holiday!
