Six new enterprises have been put into operation in Khorezm

The Head of our state got acquainted with the activities of the textile enterprise of the limited liability company "Yangibozor Textile Agrocluster" in the Khorezm region.

As part of this project worth more than 13 billion soums, modern foreign equipment was installed. The production capacity is 5 million finished knitwear per year. It is planned to export 65 percent of the products.

Today, about 500 women work here. Shavkat Mirziyoyev talked with them, got acquainted with the technological process at the enterprise. The workers noted that industry also comes to the most remote areas, and they are happy to work at such a modern enterprise, not far from home.

The launch ceremony of 6 new enterprises in the Khorezm region was also held here. These are the enterprises "Eco Obi khat" for the production of plasterboard products in Urgench, "Zakirov" for the production of screws in Urgench district, the second stage of the Khiva carpet Factory, the enterprises "Koba Tex" for the production of fabrics in Bagatsky district, "Khorazm Salt Business" for the production of technical salts in Urgench district and "Khorezmtex Face" for production of sewing and knitting products in the Khankinsky district. Representatives of these enterprises talked about their capabilities via video communication.
