The President visited the Urgench IT Park

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the Khorezm branch of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies.

The complex, built for more than 15 billion soums, is able to train 4.5 thousand young people in information technology and provide IT services. Here young people can master modern professions and find their place in life. The technopark itself employs 250 boys and girls.

The President was informed about the work carried out here and plans for the future.

All the necessary conditions have been created for conducting training courses and providing IT services for orders from abroad. This year it is planned to increase the volume of exports to $ 3 million.

There was also a conversation with residents of the IT park and young specialists working in this industry. They told about their activities.

The Head of our state listened to the opinions of young people and gave instructions to responsible persons to support the proposals made.
