The Leaders of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan plant a tree together

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov together planted an oak tree on the avenue of honored guests of the Congress Center in Samarkand.

The ceremony became a symbol of the centuries-old friendship and good-neighborliness of the two fraternal peoples, and a firm commitment to the further development of Uzbek-Turkmen relations of strategic partnership.
