President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov, will pay a working visit to Bishkek on November 5-6 to participate in the events of the next meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States.
The agenda of the current summit includes issues of further development of multilateral cooperation within the Organization. Traditionally, the focus will be on strengthening political dialogue, increasing trade, economic and investment cooperation, stimulating business exchanges, and expanding cultural and humanitarian cooperation.
The leaders will also exchange views on current international and regional issues.
It is envisaged that a number of joint decisions and documents will be adopted following the meeting, including the Charter of the Turkic World, developed on the initiative of our country.
