The President of Uzbekistan will take part in the opening of the World Nomad Games

On September 8, at the invitation of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev left for Astana on a working visit.

In the capital of Kazakhstan, the head of our state will take part in the opening ceremony of the Fifth World Nomad Games - international sports competitions in ethnic sports included in the UNESCO List of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

It should be noted that more than 2 thousand athletes from about 90 countries of the world, including a team from Uzbekistan, are expected to participate in this sports event.
