The President of Uzbekistan received a delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

On June 25, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Vladimir Kolokoltsev, who is in our country on a working visit.

At the beginning of the conversation, the head of our state expressed condolences and words of support to the relatives and friends of law enforcement officers who died as a result of the recent terrorist attack in Dagestan.

The issues of practical implementation of the agreements reached at the highest level were considered.

Topical aspects of further cooperation in the fight against terrorism, extremism, drug trafficking and organized crime, as well as in the field of cybersecurity and digital expertise were discussed.

Special attention is paid to improving the effectiveness of cooperation mechanisms in the field of migration.
