The President got acquainted with the roadside infrastructure

The head of state was presented with a project for the construction of roadside service facilities along the Tashkent bypass road.

Such complexes have proven themselves all over the world. The project, presented to the head of state, provides for the creation of convenience stores, public catering outlets and personal services. Freight containers are used to reduce cost and speed up construction.

It is planned to allocate 7 hectares of land for the project. The objects will be sold to entrepreneurs through an online auction. It is planned to create more than 500 jobs.

The President also examined one of the electric buses plying in Tashkent. Instructions were given on the development of "green" transport, the development of further stages of the subway and the laying of tram tracks.
