The Supreme Commander-in-Chief got acquainted with the conditions in the military unit

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited a military unit in Surkhandarya.

The large-scale reforms implemented in the defense sector of our country are an important factor in increasing the combat capability of the troops and improving the activities of the military-administrative sectors.

All conditions have been created in this military unit to increase the combat readiness of military personnel. Academic buildings, spiritual and educational classrooms, a sports hall are equipped with the most modern technology and equipment.

The Head of State got acquainted with the conditions created in the military unit, military equipment and weapons used in border protection. The importance of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles was emphasized, the issues of their production were discussed.

The President was informed about the ongoing work to increase the potential and strengthen the material and technical base of the Armed Forces, the readiness of personnel, management and maintenance of modern weapons systems and unmanned aerial vehicles.

The Bayraktar TB2 reconnaissance and strike unmanned aerial vehicle was demonstrated to the head of our state in flight.
