The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan will pay an official visit to the Russian Federation

At the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay an official visit to this country on October 5-7.

In accordance with the program of stay, it is planned to hold talks between the leaders of the two states in Moscow. The head of Uzbekistan also met with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The agenda of the upcoming meetings includes issues of further deepening of bilateral relations of strategic partnership and alliance. Special attention will be paid to the expansion of practical cooperation, primarily in trade, economic, investment, migration and humanitarian spheres.

The program of the official visit provides for a trip of the President of Uzbekistan to Tatarstan, where negotiations will be held with the President of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov.
