A solemn meeting of the participants of the Central Asia-China summit took place

The official welcoming ceremony of the heads of state participating in the first Central Asia–China Summit took place in the Tang Dynasty Park in Xi'an.

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his wife were solemnly greeted by President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping and his wife.

The ceremony was also attended by President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov and his wife, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. A joint photographing took place.

The distinguished guests on the square in front of the palace are presented with colorful theatrical performances and a concert program reflecting the rich history and culture of China.
