The President laid flowers at the memorial “Ode to Perseverance”

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Victory Park and laid flowers at the memorial complex "Ode to Perseverance".

The memorial, erected on the initiative of the head of our state, reflects the enormous hardships of our people, their struggle for peace and great contribution to the victory in the war. The park is especially crowded during these holidays.

May 9 is the Day of Remembrance and Honors widely celebrated throughout the country. In accordance with the Presidential decree, participants of the Second World War are encouraged. Their health is under constant attention.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of ministries and departments of the Armed Forces, state organizations. They also laid flowers at the memorial.
