Following the second meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev took part in a ceremony on launching major cooperation projects.

The second meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council was held at the Kuksaroy Residence under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

On 15 November, at the Kuksaroy Residence, negotiations were held between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in a tete-a-tete format.

Upon the arrival of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on a state visit at the invitation of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, a meeting between the two heads of state took place at Tashkent-Humo International Airport.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev was briefed on the ongoing works in the railroad sector and plans for upcoming years.
