President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the Minister of the two shrines, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, left for this country on November 11 on a working visit.

In recent years, the reforms carried out in the judicial and legal system of our country are mainly aimed at achieving the goals of ensuring the inevitability of responsibility and the priority of human rights and freedoms, improving the procedure for conducting criminal cases, rather than increasing punishment, and in determining responsibility included such areas as strengthening the independence of the courts and achieving justice by ensuring equality of the parties, including the expansion of the habeas corpus institute.

In the context of climate deterioration, a complex geopolitical situation in the world and the subsequent sanctions policy of individual states towards others, as well as a growing imbalance in the global energy market, the development of the agricultural sector and ensuring food security is becoming relevant for many states, including the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan has made inclusive education a key priority in its state policy, and significant progress is underway in this area. A major step forward came with Presidential Decree № 4860, "On measures to further improve the system of education and upbringing for children with special educational needs". This decree laid the foundation for the country’s efforts to enhance inclusive education.

Corruption has a comprehensive negative impact on society, affecting the quality of life, increasing social inequality, undermining trust in state institutions, contributing to the growth of crime, demoralizing society and hindering the implementation of necessary reforms. The fight against corruption requires a comprehensive approach, including legal, institutional and educational measures.

There is a deep meaning in the wise words of our enlightened poet Abdulhamid Cholpan: "If literature lives, the nation lives." Our Honorable President repeatedly says that "Literature is the heart of the people". He pays great attention to literature and always supports writers.
