Uzbekistan, like many other countries, faces serious environmental problems that have a negative impact on human health and ecosystems. However, taking into account the need to preserve the resources and health of citizens, the government of the country is actively developing measures to prevent environmental crises and introducing innovative approaches to improve the state of the environment. Today, the field of ecology in Uzbekistan is undergoing a radical transformation, and the right of every person to a favorable environment has been enshrined in the new Сonstitution of the country.

In the New Uzbekistan, which has set the Third Renaissance as a big goal, the development of national fine and applied art is considered an integral part of the country's socio-economic development. As a result of such attention of the head of the state and the government to the field of fine and applied art, a unique system was formed that gives the international public a wide opportunity to show the national artistic wealth of our country and the examples of creativity of artists and creators, the achievements made in modern fine and applied art with their existing diversity.

In the era of rapid advancements in information technology, Uzbekistan places high priority on the automation of public administration. Recognizing the significance of digital technologies, the government is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency of public administration and delivering high-quality public services. This commitment stems from the understanding that the effective utilization of digital technologies plays a vital role in ensuring transparency and effectiveness in public administration.

The concept of "corruption" is derived from the Latin word - corrumpere - to rob, and is interpreted as the abuse of state power for profit. The definition of "corruption" in Uzbekistan is given in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Combating Corruption" dated January 3, 2017 No. 419.

For thousands of years, Uzbekistan has become a world civilization where representatives of various nationalities and religions lived in peace, and where the cultures of different peoples enriched each other. As an important factor in the development of New Uzbekistan, special attention was paid to strengthening of interethnic solidarity and friendly relations with foreign countries, and the legal basis was created for ensuring equal rights and freedom of representatives of 16 religious denominations, more than 130 nationalities and ethnic groups living in our country.

The ongoing reform to enhance the democratic state governance system in New Uzbekistan is being implemented under the principle of "The state serves the people, not vice versa."
