The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan fixed the basic arrangements in this area, defining the principle of separation of powers as the most important condition for the exercise of the power of the people. In accordance with the Constitution, the Oliy Majlis exercises legislative power, the Cabinet of Ministers exercises executive power and the Constitutional, Supreme and Supreme Economic Courts exercise judicial power.

Any issue related to the education of the younger generation, its prospects is of interest to society today. After all, a parent who thinks about the future of his child, the well-being of his family, lives with the concern of raising his son and daughter competently. This is the highest goal of every state and society, which pursues the importance and development of its homeland, the well-being and prospects of its people.

On September 15-16, a Summit of the Heads of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states was held in Samarkand, which became a platform for discussing the state and prospects for the development of cooperation in the SCO's sought-after areas and areas of activity. The summit was the first face-to-face meeting of the SCO leaders since 2019.

Nowadays, the priority tasks for the consistent socio-economic development of Uzbekistan are the widespread introduction of the ICT and digital technologies. Cybersecurity is a broad concept that encompasses technologies, processes and policies that help prevent and/or mitigate the negative impact of events in cyberspace that may occur as a result of deliberate actions against information technology by a hostile or malicious entity. 

This article discusses aspects of the influence of information and communication technologies on political and social activity of citizens, analyzes the legal framework for regulating the activities of citizens and their social activity in cyberspace, and considers the consequences of illegal activity of users on the Internet.
