The leading international economic statistical online portal Trading Economics, which evaluates over 20 million economic indicators in 196 countries of the world, has published for the first time the Business Climate Index of Uzbekistan calculated by the Center for Economic Research and Reforms (CERR).

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, left for this country on an official visit on February 20.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at a meeting with members of the Constitutional Commission on June 20, 2022, came up with the idea of strengthening the principle of "Uzbekistan is a social state" in our Constitution. In the appeal of the head of state to the Oliy Majlis and the people of Uzbekistan, this idea was further strengthened and priorities for the establishment of a social state were determined. The head of State touched on this issue and said that "we are aiming to build a new Uzbekistan on the principle of a "social state". We must strengthen this in the Constitution," he stressed.

At the invitation of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay an official visit to this country on February 20-21.
