The events taking place in the world, rapidly changing politics, waves of mutual contradictions require more attention to issues of science, education and spirituality. For only spiritually mature people who possess modern knowledge and love their Homeland can live in conditions of progress. The upbringing of a generation with a high intellectual level and its entry into all parts of society will lead to the renewal and development of spheres.   

The legal guarantee of the prosperity of the state is its Constitution, a document having the highest legal force. The Basic Law contains software installations, serves as a source of well-being, ensuring our rights and order in society.

The International Scientific and Practical conference "Goodwill Ambassadors of the Aral Sea region" dedicated to solving environmental problems of the region was held in Nukus.

Over the years of independence, Uzbekistan has built a solid foundation of national statehood, ensuring the principles of the rule of law and human rights, his life, freedom, honor and dignity, and other inalienable rights enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The courage of our people during the World War II and their contribution to the victory over fascism is unprecedented. This is well known and acknowledged by the whole world today. Many of our ancestors sacrificed their lives on this path and some of them returned home as heroes. Likewise, many of our grandfathers and grandmothers worked in conditions no worse than those at the front.

The new version of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, adopted following a national referendum a year ago, has determined the vector of development of the country for decades to come.
