In accordance with the decree No 59 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 7, 2022, "On measures to organize and hold the international folklore festival "Boysun Spring", the international folklore festival "Boysun Spring" is held once every two years in Boysun District, Surkhandarya Region.

The events taking place in the world, rapidly changing politics, waves of mutual contradictions require more attention to issues of science, education and spirituality. For only spiritually mature people who possess modern knowledge and love their Homeland can live in conditions of progress. The upbringing of a generation with a high intellectual level and its entry into all parts of society will lead to the renewal and development of spheres.
